Ilminster Town Market takes place every Thursday in and around the Market House. There are a variety of stalls and traders sell fish, preserves, olives and nuts and other Mediterranean delights, flowers, artwork and a barber.

We make delicious organic ciders and spring water pressés on our farm at Little Weston. We grow all our own cider apples in traditional orchards, pressing the apples ourselves, and using our natural spring water for our pressés.
